Leslie Look, CSCS, was named head strength and conditioning coach at the University of Maine in January 2007. She currently works with football, women's basketball, baseball, field hockey and men's and women's soccer teams.

In 2003, she was named a full-time member of the strength and conditioning staff. She served as a graduate assistant at Maine since August 2001, where she oversaw the strength and conditioing programs for field hockey and swimming as well as assisting with men's and women's basketball, men's ice hockey, baseball and football. In addition to her work with student-athletes, she also supervises Latti Fitness Center.

Look is a 1997 graduate of Maine with a degree in physical education. She earned her masters degree in education with a concentration in exercise science from Maine also. She is a NSCA Certified strength and conditioning specialist and is a former world champion in power lifting. Look and her husband Gabe Wiegand reside in Brewer.
