HEADING INTO 2006: Selected as a captain of the Black Bears... Maine's starting center fielder... played for the Harwich Mariners in the Cape Cod League in the summer of 2005.

2005: Had an outstanding season for Maine... named Most Valuable Player of the 2005 America East Tournament... drove in the game-winning run in the America East Championship game that sent Maine to the NCAA Tournament... saw action in 53 games for the Black Bears... batted .336 with a team-leading 55 runs and 36 RBI... had five triples, which tied for the team-lead, and six home runs... led the Black Bears with 21 stolen bases on the season... his 73 hits were second on the team... had 24 multi-hit games for Maine... finished with a .984 fielding percentage, committing just two errors on the season... is one triple shy of tying the school record for career triples headed into his senior season... went 4-for-5 with a pair of runs scored and an RBI in Maine's 11-2 win over Southern Miss (6/4) in the NCAA Regional... had a double and a home run in the game... went 4-for-6 with three runs scored and two RBI in Maine's 14-2 win over Vermont (5/26) in the first game of the America East Tournament... belted a grand slam in Maine's 11-5 win over Vermont (4/30).
