Bananas Cub Club Day planned for April 26
April 10, 2008 This year's second Bananas Cub Club Day will be held on Saturday, April 26 in conjunction with the Maine baseball doubleheader with Stony Brook. All members of the Bananas Cub Club will receive free admission to the game with their Cub Club card. The first game of the afternoon is scheduled to begin at 1pm. The second game of the doubleheader will begin 20 minutes following the first game. Following the second game of the afternoon there will be an autograph party with Bananas and the Black Bear baseball team. Parents, chaperones and others can purchase tickets for $6 at the gate, or by calling 800-756-TEAM or 581-BEAR. The game will take place at Mahaney Diamond on the campus of the University of Maine. The field is located behind Harold Alfond Sports Stadium, next to the Memorial Gym. For more information call Justin at (207) 581-1086.
