Men's Basketball Signs Robby Hanzlik
April 30, 2007 ORONO, Maine-- University of Maine men's basketball coach Ted Woodward announced today that his program has received a National Letter of Intent from Robby Hanzlik. Hanzlik is a 6-3 guard from Greenwood Village, Colo. "We are very excited to have Robby join our program next fall," said Woodward. "He is an excellent combo guard and an outstanding person. He was a key leader on a tremendous prep school team, and proved himself to be an extremely versatile and productive player. We look forward to Robby joining our team and the University of Maine this fall!" Hanzlik played last season at the New Hampton School, where he helped lead Jamie Arsenault's team to a 17-12 record in the prestigious Class A NEPSAC. Hanzlik averaged 15 points per game, three assists per game and three rebounds per game. All National Letter of Intent signings are contingent upon admission to the University of Maine and compliance with all NCAA rules, including registration with the NCAA Clearinghouse.
