BEFORE MAINE: Spent two seasons with the Omaha Lancers and coach Mike Hastings... In 2006-07 had 11 goals and 14 assists for 25 points in 33 games... In 2005-06 recorded six goals, including two on the power play, and six assists for 12 points in 32 games... Both seasons in Omaha were cut short due to injury... Captain his senior season at the Breck School... As a senior, had 49 goals and 87 points in only 28 games... Named All-State, All-Conference, All-Metro and was a finalist for Mr. Hockey in Minnesota... During his junior season he posted 87 points in 31 games as the team won the state championship...
