First Day of New England Championships

BOSTON, Mass. - The men's track and field team competed at the New England Indoor Track Championships on the Boston University campus on Friday. Representatives from colleges around New England participated. Skip Edwards was the highest finishing Black Bear taking second in the 400m dash with a time of 48.25. Matt Holman took 14th in the 500m dash with a time of 1:06.34. Charles Therriault finished 25th in the 5000m run with a time of 15:47.40. Max Ludwig was the second highest Maine finisher, taking 10th in the 55m hurdles with a time of 7.87. The men's team will finish off the New England Championships tomorrow.
