The University of Maine women's basketball team will look to build a new winning streak on Saturday when the Black Bears travel to face the Boston University Terriers at 1 p.m., in Case Gym in Boston, Mass. Maine enters with a 12-11 overall record and a 6-6 mark in America East, which is good for fourth in the league. BU comes in with a 13-12 record and a 5-7 mark in league play, good for sixth. The contest will be the 60th meeting in the series between the two schools with the Black Bears owning a 39-20 advantage. Maine has won two straight in the series, including a 78-73 win over the Terriers back on Jan. 20 of this season in Alfond Arena. The last time the Black Bears played in Case came in a 73-55 win over the Terriers back on Feb. 2, 2005. Both teams played in Agganis Arena last season (the school's hockey arena), with the Terriers pulling out an 80-61 win. **Senior guard Ashley Underwood was named the America East Player of the Week on Monday after she averaged 24.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game in a pair of wins over Albany and Binghamton last week. Underwood is averaging 22.5 points per game in her last four contests, and has led the team in scoring in all four of those contests. **Maine is looking to sweep the regular season series from Boston University for the first time since the 2004-05 season and for the fourth time in the last five seasons.
**Bracey Barker has scored in double-figures in all 12 America East games this season, and 14-straight regular season contests dating back to last season. If you include the two games in last season's America East Tournament, Barker has scored in double-figures in 16-straight games against conference foes.
