Field Hockey's Máire Dineen and Brittany Fleck Named to All-Championship Team
Black Bears advanced to America East semi-finals

ALBANY, N.Y.--University of Maine field hockey players Máire Dineen (Toronto, Ontario) and Brittany Fleck (Vancouver, British Columbia) were named to the America East All-Championship Team as announced by the conference today.

Dineen was instrumental all season in the midfield for the Black Bears, and that continued in Friday's America East semi-final game against New Hampshire as she generated several scoring chances while playing outstanding defense.

Fleck played outstanding in goal for Maine, making six saves in the semi-final in her first season with the Black Bears.

Maine fell in overtime to New Hampshire in the semi-finals by the score of 3-2.
