 Amy Zdrojesky Named to All-Region Second Team

ORONO, Maine--University of Maine field hockey forward Amy Zdrojesky (East Greenville, Pa.) was named to the 2007 Longstreth/NFHCA Division I All-Region Second Team announced on Wednesday, Nov. 14. It is the second year in a row that she has been named to the All-Region Second Team. Zdrojesky saw action in 15 games for the Black Bears. She led the team in scoring with five goals and three assists for 13 points. She has a pair of game-winning goals on the season. Zdrojesky is a two-time America East First Team selection. She was named to the 2006 America East All-Tournament team. She has also been named to the America East Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll and named a UMaine Scholar-Athlete Award winner. -U-M-
