Softball Wins 2009 America East Female Sportsmanship Award

The University of Maine softball team was awarded the 2009 America East Female Sportsmanship Award, which was announced by the league on Tuesday night as part of its annual meetings. The softball program is now automatically eligible for the NCAA Female Sportsmanship Award, which will be determined by the NCAA Committee on Sportsmanship and Ethical Conduct in July.  More
