Feb. 21, 2007

ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine volleyball team will now host its spring instructional clinic on Sunday, March 25, in Memorial Gym on the University of Maine campus. The clinic, which will be conducted by the Black Bear volleyball team and staff, is open to all skill levels and ages 8-to-18 years old.

There will be two sessions held during the day with the first one going from 11 a.m.-to-1 p.m., and the second one lasting from 2-4 p.m. The sessions will cover all fundamental aspects of the sport, as well as giving youth the opportunity to learn the sport of volleyball and getting them ready for the upcoming season.

The cost of the clinic is $20, as each participant will also receive a Maine Black Bear Volleyball t-shirt. Registration will be held from 10:30-11 a.m. at the Steve White Gymnasium. The first 20 registrants will also receive a free Molten volleyball.
