2007 Cross Country Schedule Announced
July 19, 2007 ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine men's and women's cross country head coach Mark Lech has announced the schedule for the 2007 season. The season begins on September 15 with a meet in Amherst, Massachusetts against Massachusetts and Vermont. The Black Bears will host New Hampshire on Friday, September 21. The Murray Keatinge Invitational, one of the largest collegiate cross country meets in New England, will be held at the University of Maine on September 29. The New England Championships will take place in Franklin Park in Boston on October 6. The America East Championships will be held in Sunken Meadow, N.Y. and hosted by Stony Brook on October 27. The NCAA Regionals will also take place in Franklin Park in Boston on November 10. The NCAA Championships will be held in Terre Haute, Indiana on November 19.
